The memorial consists of a framed parchment with the following thereon
There is the figure of a soldier kneeling before a crucified Christ,

Located at the road side on B4196 at the junction with School Lane
The memorial is constructed from stone and consists of a cross atop a pillar set in a square block on 2 steps
All lettering is in in white
