This church is part of the estate of the Coventry family, some of whom are buried in the churchyard.
The church and much of the park have recently been acquired by the National Trust.

A marble plaque on an interior wall:

Naturally, there are a number of memorials on the walls to successive members of the Coventry family, some memorials moved here from the old church when this one was built in 1763. The Coventry family is sufficiently well documented to be in no need of special recording here. The Earl of Coventry was a Lieutenant in the Worcestershire regiment. He can also be found listed on the Earl's Croome & Hill Croome memorial.
