Note There was a family named Grice-Hutchinson living at the Hook, Upton-on-Severn, Worcestershire: their son, Charles Rowan Grice-Hutchinson has a memorial window in the chapel there. The similarity of names to the 1940 rector suggests (to me, at least) that these two men were related.
